We hired Alexander Design to design a new home for us in Park City. Working with Jared was a great experience. He is not only professional and easy to work with, but also on top of the latest trends and designs. He is mindful of costs and looks to optimize his designs for style, efficiency, and usability. Jared is very responsive to questions and requests and worked tirelessly with local regulators to get permits and approvals to accomodate the house design we wanted. Other builders who reviewed Jared's plans commented on how comprehensive, clear and detailed they were. Alexander Design is very good value for money and competitively priced when compared to other architects in the Park City area. I consider myself fortunate to have had Jared Rakisits of Alexander Design Build as the contractor on three projects in Park City, Utah - one renovation and two new build residences. I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Jared and his company, I feel so strongly about his contribution to the team that I will not build in Park City or Summit County if he is not the contractor.

This was the 2nd project Jared did for us. The first was a remodel and this was new home construction. Jared was actively involved with our project from initial design through construction and post construction follow up. He was very easy to work with providing great input during the design phase with the architect as well as during construction.
